Embraces shared between the intense winds of the black balsam woods, holding each other so tight so the whips of wind wouldn’t knock them down. For moments at a time, they’d seem to almost disappear in the fogs settling into the mountain peaks, and when Liv and Nick would re-emerge, they remained just as fixed to each other as they were before the fog appeared.

What a magical evening. By no means was it the sunset we anticipated, but my goodness, documenting this night felt like capturing a once in a lifetime spectacle, like an eclipse or the northern lights. but instead, it was Liv and Nick, their love, and the blue ridge parkway’s views.
